Purpose
In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the details of the owner of this website are provided below. Use of the site implies acceptance of this legal notice.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are made online by choosing an activity, day, time and number of people. Prices are shown in euros, including IGIC.
When booking, you pay a deposit online for the percentage shown on the booking form (currently 30% of the total), through Stripe's secure payment gateway. The rest is paid on the beach on the day of the activity. The booking is confirmed once the deposit payment is completed; you'll receive your Stripe receipt by email.
Sea conditions
Activities depend on the state of the sea and the wind. Surf lesson times are set according to the tide. If conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, we will contact you to reschedule.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, message us on WhatsApp or by email, stating the name and date of the booking.
If we cancel the activity because of the sea or wind conditions, you can reschedule it free of charge to another available day and time; what you paid online is kept for the new date.
In accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activity services with a specific date of performance.
Liability
Participants must follow the instructors' directions at all times and report any relevant medical condition before the activity. Ori Surf is not responsible for personal belongings left on the beach.
The owner is not responsible for misuse of the site's content or for links to third-party sites.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Ori Surf or are used with authorisation. Reproduction without prior consent is not permitted.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond under consumer protection regulations. The European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
